1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries within the European Union.

At this time, we do not ship to the following countries and territories:
United Kingdom, Cyprus, Iceland, Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland.

Available destinations are displayed at checkout. If a destination is not available, it will not be possible to complete the order.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
The total shipping cost depends on the delivery destination, package weight and selected shipping method.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods, promotional campaigns or exceptional circumstances, processing times may be extended.


4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout for reference only and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not entitle the customer to compensation.

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery across the European Union.
The available shipping methods and carriers are displayed during checkout.


6. Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status using the tracking information provided.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of order placement.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any additional shipping, storage or redelivery costs may be charged to the customer.
