These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to consumer (B2C) purchases made through this website.

2. Scope and Applicability

These Terms govern the sale of products to consumers residing in the European Union.
They do not apply to professional, wholesale or B2B customers, which are subject to separate contractual terms.

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are acting as a consumer and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Products, Content and Availability

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

Product images, descriptions and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. Minor variations in packaging, artwork or product presentation may occur due to manufacturer updates, provided that the essential characteristics of the product remain unchanged.

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, trademarks and product visuals, is the property of PD Europe LDA or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT at the rate applicable in the destination country, in accordance with EU VAT rules.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed separately during checkout before order confirmation.

PD Europe LDA reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed under incorrect price conditions.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

The sales contract is concluded only when you receive a shipment confirmation email, and not at the time the order is submitted.

PD Europe LDA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Payment Methods

Payment must be completed in full before the order is processed and shipped.

Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout and may include credit or debit cards, digital wallets and other secure payment providers.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment platforms. PD Europe LDA does not store payment card details.

7. Electronic Communications

By placing an order, you agree to receive electronic communications related to your purchase, including order confirmations, invoices, shipping notifications and other legally required information.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most countries within the European Union, excluding the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times are provided for information purposes only and are not binding. Delays caused by carriers, peak periods or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not give rise to compensation.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer upon physical receipt of the products.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at hello@pavilion-europe.com, clearly stating your decision.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction within 14 days from the date we are informed of the withdrawal decision or from receipt of the returned goods, whichever occurs later.

11. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

12. Product Conformity and Liability

PD Europe LDA is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods in accordance with applicable Portuguese and EU consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@pavilion-europe.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue amicably.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.

17. Updates to These Terms

PD Europe LDA reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version in force at the time of order placement shall apply.
