Holding a huge bloody cleaver upward in his right hand, the left grips a terrifying spiked hook which is attached to a long chain that wraps around his wrist as he’s dressed for his role wearing a tattered brown apron that’s adorned with cold metal and skulls. The exterior of his packaging sees a dangling meathook in a brown cavern.
